The easiest option is to turn on all your lights on and bring in a few extra lamps to your bedroom. Then get two inexpensive phone tripods and set them up to catch two different angles.
The next option is to put in your profile that you are looking for someone to just video if it is video only. There are plenty of voyeurs out there who can use another camera in addition to what you all already have.
The key is making sure you have a ton of light if you want it to look good. Make sure the room is well lit. If not, you can end up with some directional light that may obscure some of what you are hoping to capture. Shadows between bodies will make you miss some fun details.

You can also post a hot date asking for some camera work. We always advise couples to find people you feel 100% comfortable with. Don't do it just to do it. Weigh your options. Do you want something fun for the two of you, do you want something with more spit and polish, do you want an edited video, etc? Just be sure to ask a lot of questions and trust whoever you get. Think it through and experiment and have fun.

I keep a Yi 4k in my purse with a small tripod for it. It is small and works well to capture a whole date that your phone's memory may not be able to handle. Again, weigh your options, toy around a lot, and you'll have more fun than you expected. Good luck.
