I agree, I think most skip right by the 'Age' area and go right to the pictures!!!

On the left side of this page you'll see Tools. Click on that. Then, click on Manage Photos. There, you'll see your approved photos. Pick the photo you'd like make your default and click on "make default" under the photo.

As for that age range question that you asked elsewhere, some people look at other folks' age ranges as suggestions vs. hard rules. So, you're likely getting hits because of that...and the fact that people don't read and/or they're basically perverts and wanna see your photos. ...ok...more "we're" than they're...but you get what I'm saying.
