NUDELATES WITH SIRENE
Clothing-optional gentle Pilates for all mobilities
Pilates mat class focusing on mindful movement. We will use breath to guide exploration of our own personal anatomies, alignment, and awareness. Modifications will be offered for differing abilities and injury recovery. Focus is on your ownsensations over formingcertainshapes.
Class is 10am to 11am. Arrive by 9:45am; doors close at 10am to avoid disruption.

About the Instructor:
Sirène is a Somatic Artist andKink Professional. After a near death experience in the early 2020s, she left a white collar career to embrace life as a born-again slut.Explorationof thefantastic feat of being in a body have led her on diverse undertakings, fromtrainingas aWilderness First Responder to joining Sanctuary staff as a Pro Switch. Sirène is currently a student teacher of Pilatesthrough Pilates Sports Center.
