You got chat to work? How it has never worked for us we just see thumbnails that’s all no chat whatsoever

So has the SLS chat feature ever worked? We have apple products are paying lifetime members yet the chat feature never has worked. Has anyone else ever had it work or is it just a worthless feature. Kind of frustrating.
