WVM still not working on the APP

Now have one single female who viewed us.

Only single males showing on ours. The app definitely has some drawbacks

I deleted all WVM data 45 days ago, the content is still blank.

Same problem, but only seeing Single Men. I have asked for help 3x now....zero response. The APP totally sucks for this reason.

Is this a dead issue. We are still only seeing single woman showing up.
I have tried to delete the app and reinstall. Turned it off and back on.
This is on both IPhone and IPad
