I have the same problem. It doesn't matter if I open them or delete them right away. I finally was down to one "phantom" message, then I logged on yesterday and suddenly there are 18 messages, none of which I'm able to view. I don't know if I'm missing messages or not.
Can someone please explain how to make this go away?

Why do I currently show 18 messages but yet when I open them there's not? This has been an ongoing problem for about the last year. Paid member Why Can't This be taken care of?
