Same problem here & it is ridiculous.
I believe it has to do with YOUR settings of what you desire to what will be shown to you.
I have to go through a friend's profile and view their certs in order to get to the profile.
It wasn't that way before and very frustrating.

Maybe they set their profile to be invisible to your profile or profile type.

Are you sure they're active? I believe they suppress inactive profiles, that haven't logged in, in a while. I know one of our friends who is a lifetime member cant be found on search and they haven't been on in a year.
