Profile Name change without loosing certs

can't understand why they won't let you change your profile name if you are requesting it?

What changing from a "Single" lifetime member to a COUPLE?
Can that be done without losing all Photos and such...or having to create and pay for a new account?

I asked Customer Service this question a few years ago and they said that I had to create a new profile and tell them what it is and they'll change it to a LT account but I would lose my certs. I'm now I'm thinking about it again that you brought it up. I may just email my closer playmate and ask them to re-certify me. It would be awkward to ask one-offs to do it.

I'm hoping there could be a simple way for SLS, at the user's request, to change a users profile name without loosing their certs or the profile and pics already established. Sometimes a fresh name is a nice new start, especially when tired of the one you've been using.
