Prior messages not showing

It happens to us all the time. We also can see it happens to other couples because on multiple occasions we received new introductory messages from couples we have communicated with before. They just forgot and history was blank. We contacted customer support and the response was always denial. Now we do a workaround by re-opening on desktop computer multiple times. The problem seems related to the messaging system timing out on the loading of old messages and basically giving you a blank history. The right solution would be to find a way to speed up the messaging system by removing inefficient code, but knowing SLS, they increase the timer value to give the messages more time to load.

That is not always the case. We generally write the couples names in our notes. Which indicates that we Have corresponded. However we have no idea of our last conversation details. So we are Forced into the embarrassing task of saying anything in the IM. Then you got to Refresh the page and it opens your old messeges. NEW AND IMPROVED.

I'm seeing people online that I want to send messages to I know I correspond with them in the past but I can't remember our last conversation when I wanted to send them a message their screen is blank showing no previous messages yet I know that not to be the case can anyone help me
