There should be a way to pin or rate incoming messages. Or be able to put a thumbs up or thumbs down next to a message. A lot of the time we stop communicating with a couple for some period of time and then the thread sinks and we lose track of it. Other sites have a way to keep threads we’re interested in at the top of the list
