<p>The error you mentioned is caused by the proportions of the image you are trying to upload. It is not a size error. It is an error caused by the width to height ratio. </p>
I uploaded the same exact picture into my private folder but it won’t work in the public folder or any folder, I’ve tried several times to load pictures that I’ve already uploaded so it’s not the size.
<p>The proportions of your picture are off. That generally means your pictures is too tall and skinny. Please crop some off the top and bottom and it should work. If you need help, let me know.</p>

Does anyone else get this when uploading pictures
I uploaded some pictures as we were updating our profile and I tried last night to upload a couple more and I keep getting an error and it won’t let me upload anymore and I only have about 12 pictures. I tried again this morning and same thing, is there a problem or am I doing something wrong?
