Picture Rotating in Private Gallery

<p>Your pictures should be rotated correctly when we approve them. So it may show sideways while pending approval, but we will rotate it correctly when we approve it. I found that on the iPhone, you can also just use the picture editor on your phone and rotate the picture a few degrees and then rotate it back and it should then upload correctly. It seems to be an issue with the SLS software reading the rotation information correctly that is stored in the header of the image file. </p>

Update: I found that if I cropped the picture to 4:5 aspect ratio, which is only slightly different than iPhone default, it uploaded fine. So problem solved.

Hi there. Just a question, not a suggested improvement. I am trying to upload a picture to a private gallery and it is automatically rotating. Is there an ideal aspect ratio or something to prevent this?
