Now the other issue was when you have a certain tab opened up or tabs I don't know what happens with all of them.., and you hit the three dashes on the sides to open up the side panel on the left the side panel is under the tab so you can only see the top four categories
Hi Wayne yes I did figure that out eventually. There had to have been a glitch somewhere because I went and deleted a whole bunch, clear my cache and then restarted my phone and I came back up through the web application all of those that I had deleted and more we're back and one of them was a message from a couple months ago that was registered that red dot
<p>Sometimes unread messages may be further down your message list or even on another page, so you have to scroll down or load more contacts at the bottom of the page to find it. This most likely happens because SLS hid the message from your view for some reason and then latter it was unhidden. </p>
??1 over messages. Hit messages and no active message . Cleared cache in Chrome and app and no change. No live messages. If the messages tab it is up and I hit the sidebar, the sidebar opens under the messages tab so you can only see the top four slots. Is this a usual thing or is this one of our special features
