Mobile app problems

Thanks, sls_waynec.... I will gladly do that, however--I have done that with some of these issues and the responses I've received are along the lines of "we are aware there are problems and the developer is working on it." The problem I have with that is that's the response I get for months, yet problems don't get resolved. The auto-login issue alone was brought up in that realm (and recreated by tech support) months and months ago and still hasn't been fixed correctly. I think someone up the ladder from the developer needs to address the developer directly.

That was a very comprehensive bug list that I didn't bother to read because no one at SLS will ever bother addressing a single one except by accident.

I pointed out a misleading error that could be fixed by changing a couple words in a message - something that would take less than 90 seconds - maybe six months ago and nada. Still there. Yours would actually take more work, plus beta is their final product.

For informational purposes--this happens using a Galaxy S20 with the latest updates as well as the latest SLS app. The issues occur across mobile data networks in various locations as well as on several different WiFi connections.

Any idea as to when all of these bugs in the mobile app are going to be resolved? It's reached the level where it seems as if a Beta Version was released and, in spite of all the updates, never actually transformed into an Alpha version. It would seem it's been out long enough to have most of these issues resolved...? The site and the app have so much potential, but the mobile app gets so frustrating to use.

1) It's like the mobile app and browser version are pulling from two completely different databases/sources.

2) Private/Personal pics still not working unless shared from browser version. I frequently (try to) share my personal album from the App only to check it later from a computer and see that it has not been shared.

3) Still frequently getting the 'server error' message which often makes the app unresponsive and will continue to show the error message across all apps and screens on my phone in spite of having force-closed the SLS app.

4) Search filters--especially sorting by distance--almost always make the app unresponsive or crash completely.

5) The App still does and auto-login even if I manually log out and uncheck the 'remember me' box before logging back in.

6) Clicking on a profile from 'newest matches' or 'near matches' (or other sections on the home screen) will usually pull the profile up if the app doesn't crash. However, if you go into any of those categories-- newest/near/etc--and try to click a profile, the app becomes unresponsive for a while or crashes.

7) Things like 'newest matches' on the mobile app do not have the proper filters applied. For example-- I am not looking for single males, yet single males always show by default on the mobile app. The filters apply correctly in the browser version.

8) Profile viewability differs between the app and the browser. For example--users I've blocked from the browser can still view me in the mobile app and I may click on a profile in the browser and see that I've been blocked (ie: a couple who is not looking for a single male), but if I click that profile in the mobile app, it allows me to view it.

Again, this site (content-wise) is higher quality than others out there and I applaud that.... but functionally, it needs a lot of work--especially in the mobile app. As someone who was in the IT field for many, many years--I'm starting to wonder if you shouldn't just scrap the current mobile app and start from scratch...?

I am listing these issues for the sake of making sure they are known. I would appreciate some feedback on how/if/when they are going to be addressed.
