I Love butt shots and think each profile should highlight whatever they want. It's then up to you to decide what appeals to you.
starry_night has one of the absolute very best profile pictures on SLS. Check it out and see if you still want to get rid of butt pictures. I say lets have many more like those.

Truth is at some point in time, repeated photos of any body part become just redundant. Ten ass or foot photos do not convey much additional information more than the first two or so. This is more related to the photography skills of the profile owners.

Ro, I have no issues with a photo like yours. Ones like yours are not what I am talking about.
The ones I am referring to are the ones that show only the butt in the image like a high school kid mooning you out of their car window. One of those is ok, but an entire collection with nothing else or that being the only photo in the profile is kind of useless in my opinion. Might as well take a picture of your elbow or knee.
I know people will say, “you blur out your faces”, and we do, however, you can see the rest of us and see we are not hiding our shapes.

We usually don't contact couples who only have one ass photo and that's it. We don't feel like playing detectives. However, let's be honest people, some asses on this site are magnificent and should be shared, viewed, kissed, fingered, fucked, . Oh my, I am digressing.
Simply put, odds are the ass posters are losing opportunities because of that. I don't think photo rules are going to change so just enjoy looking at the asses like I do!

Ro, yes this is a topic. A butt pic is ok on a profile, but when it’s the only picture or collection of pictures someone displays, it makes me question their profiles validity.
Really....this is a topic...if no butt pics ....then it must be full facial, couple's together no individual couple pictures must be both...Same for singles...no pic not a member until a pic is posted
Wouldn't that be like the site enforcing people who have a couples profile to have a picture of both halves of the couple in their public gallery? Maybe even a pic of the both of them together in the same pic?
For the record, we couldn't care less what people decide to use for their pics or what they write in their profile. It's theirs. We don't get how the meme's and stuff make it into public galleries though.

It would be nice though if sls would adopt the no butt only profile page. It would not require any site changes and at the discression of those who approve photos

Moekathy, you nailed it so to speak. I just don’t get it. The best part is a lot of the same folks say in their profile that they will only respond to messages with face pics attached. Come on people use your head so to speak.
Good luck with that. Asses aplenty on SLS as everyone could see. Posting a photo of only a foot, an ass, or a cartoon in the public gallery is no different than posting no photo at all. It's a photo that tells you nothing about the physique of the owners.
Add to that pile profiles that have ten ass photos and nothing else. They maybe entertaining to look at, but not very informative.
It could make for fun situations though. Waking to a couple at a meet and greet, and claiming you have recognized them from the ass photo would make quote an ice breaker!
Ok, maybe it’s just us, but why do folks put a naked backside only pic as their main profile picture or only have naked backside picture in all their photos? Do you really think that is the best photo of you?
we would personally like the site enforce no nude butt only pics in the public galleries and limit it to views of the entire person with faces blurred out also optional.
