Check your location. We had ours moved to Beverly Hill, CA some how the other day. Them trying to fix the servers is screwing a lot of ppls profiles up. Read in the forums, one guys profile was completely changed with someone else’s details. Now we have the red 0 for messages, but have new messages.

Why have I just started getting messages from people thousands of miles away.. even had one couple from Japan. I hardly ever get a message or a view from local people anymore it's always 800-1500 miles or more away. Has got to be something in the code causing these issues it's been like this for more than a week almost two
