Entering Chatroom with IPad/IPhone

Yes, this happens to us all the time on iPad or iPhone. If we're able to get into the chat rooms at all, as soon as we leave Safari (and happens in Chrome too), and then return, you have to reload the chat room.

Does anyone else experience a problem with logging into chat using an Apple portable device? I’ve found the only way I can usually successfully login is let the login window load, while I leave Safari and use another program for a few minutes. Then, when I return to Safari, the chat room “may” be loaded. I have no problem (usually) when logging in from my IMac.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a workaround?
