Chat rooms - Adobe Flash Player is blocked

Google how to turn flash on. It might be different for different browsers. I needed to unblock it in chrome.

Go on Line and Down load it. For some reason It gets blocked at times. Just reload it

I used to get the option to 'Allow once' - but that no longer pops up. Any advice on how to get back in?
