I used Edex a few months after my prostate operation. My advice? Don't use it. It's very painful due to the alcohol in the formulation. It's much more expensive than other options. I got a decent erection but the pain was there as long as the erection was, before, during and after intercourse.
I have used bimix for 16 very successfully. You have to have it filled by a compounding pharmacist. Not every urologist will prescribe it but the ones who are competent with ED problems will. I found mine w=by calling a compounding pharmacist and asking them who prescribes it. I asked the doc about trimix but he said try bimix first. I did and it continues to work practically all of the time.
