I don't see any panic on the Biden side. I do see panic on the Trump side. He knows he is going to jail. The chances of being exonerated on all 91 charges is very small. He is doing everything he can to slow down the prosecution so if he is re-elected he can make it all go away.

That being said, I don't have an axe out for Trump. I personally find him distasteful, but I find a lot of politicians distasteful. I think if the government has the evidence to convict him, let's get the trials over and get to the outcome. If they don't, then he is a free man to do whatever he wants.
