Today I watched a little of the Rage Against The war Machine . They had. Couple who have been living in Ukraine . They were talking about the NAZIs in Ukraine had been preparing for this for years This is part of what Trump was trying to learn about . But they said the NAZIs are snatching boys as young as 15 off the streets and sending them to Bakhmut . Can’t say this is true but they said once these kids are sent to the front lines their life span is four hours .
This is sad if true, but I guess this is war.

It's the "LOOK, SQUIRREL" approach to politics. Have very few policy positions, with most of the ones you do have - cut taxes on corporations and the wealthy, then look at cutting services to the middle class all the way down to the poor to try to make up for the shortfall - broadly unpopular to anyone paying attention, so that you have to make sure voters don't pay attention.

The GOP has basically created a tribal group that feels like they're the only patriots in the country, but their patriotism isn't informed, so they're a bit like lab rats that respond appropriately to right wing talking points, even when it's not in their best interest.

Someone wanna argue? Then first explain to me why lower taxes on corporations that the government pays for by eliminating services for everyone who isn't wealthy or a corporation serves your best interests.

Trump's tax cuts - the ones meant to pay for themselves in some weird, impossible alchemy - are responsible for more than 20% of the national debt and people like Rick Scott need to be arm twisted in order to take cuts to Social Security and Medicare off the table (so now the GOP is looking at cutting SNAP benefits, sometimes entirely, depending on why they think you're poor, because god forbid you eat regularly).

The right has sooooo many things to be outraged over, they have to prioritize...

Putin was right from day 1. I think its becoming pretty obvious this war was never Russia against Ukraine.
