The boxes reportedly contained important records of communication, gifts and letters from world leaders, which, according to the Post, is a violation of the Presidential Records Act.

The newspaper added that the boxes retrieved from the Florida estate included correspondence with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as well as a letter from former President Obama to Trump.

The Post noted that recent administrations have all had some Presidential Records Act violations, including the use of unofficial email and telephone accounts as well as the destruction of emails.

After they were criticized for taking $190,000 worth of china,flatware, rugs, televisions, sofas and other gifts with them whenthey left, the Clintons announced last week that they would pay for$86,000 worth of gifts, or nearly half the amount.

Their latest decision to send back $28,000 in gifts brings to$114,000 the value of items the Clintons have either decided to payfor or return.

The National Archives raided Mar-a-Lago last month and retrieved Trump White House record boxes, according to the Washington Post.

It turns out all they found in the boxes were gifts, mementos and letters to Trump from world leaders.

Every recent presidential administration has had some Presidential Records Act violations, but the media has to sensationalize this story because it involves Trump.

Trump’s advisors say there was no malicious intent but the left-wing media is raising the possibility of Trump being charged for violating the Presidential Records Act.

If I remember correctly the Clinton’s had to return gifts from other countries when they left the White House.

But they are really digging to find out what Trump has in store for them.
