I don’t think this will be successful, but greater legal minds than mine seem to think it’s the best course of action. Lawrence Tribe and Judge J. Michael Luttig are on opposite ends of the liberal/conservative spectrum, and both of them believe Trump disqualified himself. The only way to keep him out of office is falling back on a Constitutional amendment, because Congress can’t change the qualifications for President.

His first defense, that the 14th amendment needed Congress to enforce it, has already been thrown out.
