But #3 is New York and it kinda makes sense - they probably have a FUCKTON of cops due to New York City and everything that is there.

But to keep you happy - #49 is Nevada

But the highest amount of employees is California with over 800k. Which again makes sense . . . nearly 40 million people, fires, parks, and all the public colleges. But then again, New York is 2nd, Texas is 3rd and Florida is 4th in total number of employees.

Erotic those socialist states have most of their income from goverment funded jobs. If you only take the private industry non govemrent funded taxes California take in so much more then it contributes to the country.

Where is the private industry in California that is not dependent on goverment money? So much federal money flowing into California with some of that coming back as taxes. So little private industry jobs that pay taxes from creating products that they sell.

You'd be surprised at the number of people who'd proclaim they voted for him. At first anyway. Many did it as a joke, but a lot thought it was kind of cool having a wrestler in office. I think they envisioned him body slamming senators and representatives who crossed him. I was as shocked to hear he won as I was to hear Trump had won.

Most said they were just sick of the same old-same old from the Republicans and Democrats. What a fiasco when the Governor has few, if any members of his party in either the House or the Senate. I believe he wanted to veto just about everything. I recall he pushed for a unicameral system- like Nebraska's, but that went nowhere. Fast.

I think Nebraska is also supposed to be non-partisan. I'm not sure how that would work.

At least he did not make millions as Governor off the backs of the taxpayers the way the Democrats all do.

This is kind of humorous. The residents of MN have survived something similar before. We (well, not me, but SOMEONE) elected a governor who was a pro wrestler. Jesse Ventura wore a kind of outrageous outfit- including a feathered boa at his inauguration parties if I recall correctly.

His motto as a wrestler: "Win if you can, lose if you must, but always cheat."

He had little support as Governor- he ran as a Reform Party or maybe it was the Independence Party, in any event I don't recall if any other members of that party were in either the State House or Senate.
