The bottom line is Kyle Rittenhouse is a murderer. That is what he is. He has admitted to such in court. He said, wait. I have a reason for murdering these two people. And a jury believed him.

No one is defaming him by calling him a murderer. He is. He has admitted this.

Has anyone called him a convicted murderer? Now that is defamation. He could sue for that. He’s not a convicted murderer.

Our conclusion is that Biden did not explicitly describe the Illinois man as a “white supremacist.” However, Biden clearly suggested that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist or, at the very least, had substantial links with white supremacists and/or armed militias. A documented September 30, 2020 tweet by then candidate Biden Shows an image of Rittenhouse with weapon in hand the night of the incident in Kenosha with the words on the image "as we saw in Kenosha,. Snopes asked the White House whether Biden stood by this component of the campaign ad, and whether he regretted the fact that it strongly suggested Rittenhouse was a white supremacist. We did not receive a response to this question.

There will be others, media outlets, certain people in the entertainment business, it will be interesting to see. If he goes the route of being called a murderer I think he will lose each case, if he goes the route I suspect he will go, he has a solid case. Remember, Joe Biden when he tied Rittenhouse to White Supremacist in that tweet was Joe Biden private citizen not Joe Biden President.
