Democratic leaders have pulled out the stops to help Terry McAuliffe's struggling campaign for governor of Virginia. Figures from Barack Obama to Stacey Abrams have stumped for McAuliffe, who is in a tight race with businessman Glenn Youngkin.
The key for McAuliffe is Black voters and, to spur turnout, Vice President Kamala Harris has taped an endorsement of McAuliffe that is reportedly being played at hundreds of African American churches around the state. The problem is the "Johnson Amendment" makes such political pitches in churches a violation of federal law.
The sad part of this is that the Churches are the ones that stand to lose out on this if it is proven that Harris violated the Johnson Amendment.

Just to put a little context on Presidential polls...
Leaving Biden out since we are still collecting data...
Using Gallup polls, 5 out of 14 (36%) Presidents since FDR have had approval ratings below 30% at some point in the Presidency (Truman, Nixon, Carter, G H W Bush, GW Bush).
So it is relatively unlikely that Biden will ever get sub 30%.
The only President of that group who ended their Presidency sub 30% was Nixon, at 24%.
According to the 538 site, which averages polls, Biden is about as popular at this point in his Presidency as Bill Clinton, trails most other Presidents by varying margins, and has an approval rating 6.5 percentage points greater than Trump.

True I think if he drops into the 30's he is skirting a fine line, into the 20's and he is done. That being said, I believe if fuel prices continue to rise as we head into winter with high fuel prices to heat homes, inflation is not brought under control, and wall street begins a bear run those numbers will rapidly tank. I hope that isn't the case but I don't have faith things will turn for the better anytime soon. Putting voter fraud aside, and looking at the numbers as they are, this is what the vast majority of Americans wanted. Be careful what you ask for, cause you just might get it!!!
