What do you think this new indictment is about? I can't provide evidence he orchestrated a coup when Trump's lawyers haven't even seen the evidence the Special Counsel has gathered. They're still trying to work out how Trump will be punished if he uses discovery materials to attack witnesses against him, the prosecutors, the jury, the judge, etc.
But the J6 Congressional Committee published a report that detailed some of the efforts by Trump and his "gang of crazies" to overturn elections in various states, and he had plans to use the military to quash protests if he stayed in office illegally. The call to Raffensperger begging him to throw the election in Georgia was just the tip of the iceberg.
Trump can lie all he wants. That's his right, and he exercises that right daily. But whether he really believes he won or not is irrelevant to the crimes he committed. I know that, as a matter of law, he's innocent until proven guilty, but I don't have to give him the benefit of the doubt. I've seen enough evidence to know he's a criminal.

Would you call what Schumer did while in his official capacity the Senate Majority Leader, he stood on the steps of the Supreme Court while the court was in session and threatened the court and made direct threats against two Supreme Court Justices. I would consider that a greater threat to democracy where a branch of government with its senior ranking majority member speaks for the entire Senate, in an attempt to intimidate, harass and coerce an “EQUAL” branch of government. But hey, you won’t talk shit about that one will ya!
