No, I'm saying if a cop stopped a suspicius person after receiving a call and the guy reached for the cops gun and a wresting match for the gun started and the cop shot the other person, he would still have his badge and gun...A similar situation with the Aubrey case. video shows it.. only diff, these guys were not cops...the two guys in the pickup had no intention on killing anyone, it takes planned intent to be convicted of 1st degree murder, even the shooter probably had no intention on shooting till attacked..second degree murder for shooter and accomplis for other two..even that guy who killed a young girl recently out east so far charged with second degree murder, should be first degree because he she did nothing, innocent victim...

cops shoot and kill unarmed people daily, never charged..

Basically a white man hanging..if a cop did what those 3 did he would still be on the job, cops shooting people in a scuffle has happened many times, no charges..yea they were racist rednecks, the south has millions of them. I can see the shooter getting murder but not the other 2, some other lesser charge..

And I totally think the jury got it right. I won’t comment on the trail except to say I believe the jury got it right, they weighed the evidence against the charges and rightfully convicted the 3 people who murdered Ahmad.

RO just to clarify that the prosecutor’s statement on the ditch cane just after she falsely stated the citizens arrest law and objection from the defense.

What do you know , during closing arguments the prosecutor states Arbery ran into the ditch to avoid the truck .

This sounds like two different stories. I will go with CNN on this one because it came from a pretrial hearing .

And just to clarify, the prosecutor and defense gave different interpretations of the citizens arrest law , when this happens the judge is required by law to address the jury to side with the defenseS interpretation , that didn’t happen .
And when did the guy get ran into a ditch ? Was that on video ? I didn’t see it . Did someone testify that happened? Or did CNN tell you that happened ?
