I immediately thought so as well TBR.
Then I read the guy defended himself. If you read the filing, the judge ripped the guy for his actions in the courtroom. I suspect that the guy can't find attorneys to pay for the appeal, even though it would be cheap, let alone know how to file the appeal himself. Then the appeals court would have to find something wrong that the judge did. I do not think they will.

Couy Griffin, the president/founder of Cowboy's for Trump was REMOVED from office under section 3 of the 14th amendment. The judge said the guy was involved in the INSURRECTION on Jan 6.
