Unless there's something I haven't been able to read, there were no forehead smacks given. It was a Survey Says response. ;-) (Seriously, however frequent the question, it's always new to the questioner.)

As I read the OP, I was hoping I would see at least one person who would absolutely have to give the op'r the proverbial smack on the forehead for daring to post again when this was covered before their time. I just really like consistency. These fora are consistent.

I actually disagree with GGM. There are plenty of good reasons. There are lots of reasons that others may not think is good.

When I see these threads, the first thing that comes into mind is . . . why must MY profile meet YOUR demands? Did you pay the fee for me to have MY profile? Why are you assuming that the person who has THEIR profile has the same agenda that YOU do? There are plenty of people who have a profile just for socializing on the forums. There are plenty of people who have a profile to see the events. There are plenty of people who have a profile to see the parties. There are plenty of people who have a profile who are lurkers. It goes on and on. All of those are very good reasons because the people who mad the profile chose to do that. They are correct. It is right for them.

Now with all of that said, if there is a profile that catches your eye and it intrigues you, GGM is correct, ask them for pics. If you even want to make sure that they look like their pics, there is skype and various other video technologies. And, ultimately, if you don't like how someone makes THEIR profile, you are not compelled to do anything with them.

Okay, there are roughly eleventy thousand threads and/or posts about this already and the consensus is that there are no good reasons for it. There are multiple excuses, but no good reasons, and couples who have profiles with no photos of him in public view get way less activity than they might if they made different choices. That's the consequence of this particular decision.

If you're otherwise interested, I suppose you could ask a couple to give you a look at their private photos. Otherwise, do what many of us do and just ignore those profiles.

We can only agree. We might add that photos of the couple together--G-rated or otherwise--illuminates a bit of their relationship with each other. Candidly, we are drawn to couples who are drawn to each other, who seem joyous in each other's company, who will go home knowing that they have the best partner --for them--in the world.

Why are there so many posts without pics of the male half? I don't know how most couples think, but my woman wants to know how HE looks too! I'm not suggesting dick pics, but at least something like a neck down pic....anything to give my half a look at who she may swap with. Yes (I already hear some of you) looks and body aren't everything, but at the same time they're not nothing. So guys, insert a few pics along with your women's tit pics so my lady can at least get an idea what the whole couple looks like. It may help with responses....then again, maybe I'm way off on this. What do you guys think?
