We went to a house party with 14 people once and they did something interesting as an ice breaker that we thought was cute. When people came in, every woman was given a nut and every man was given a bolt. When the party started, everyone got together. The men were asked to find the nut that their bolt fit into :) It was a cool opener! So many guys trying to screw into those nuts :)
