My message disappeared

It is really getting old. Happens all the time....can we at least get an explanation of why this is occurring? I nearly tossed my keyboard and mouse because I thought they were faulty...

CplNextDoor, we have been copying our message before sending as well. Getting use to it but still once in awhile FORGET. Ugh, it's always a long message when we do. Most likely will never be fixed and if it was when do you feel comfortable hitting send without copying first?

Yes... because it happens more often these days, when I am writing a lengthy message, I will copy it before sending. An easy step to avoid the frustration.

Yep, it happens frequently. For a change though, one of my messages disappeared and reappeared shortly after today. That was a first.

Has anyone been experiencing this issue? You type a message to someone using the messaging system here on the site and then click the arrow to send only to find everything you typed disappeared? This has just happened to us recently, maybe a month or so but seems to happen a lot more now. Not every time but enough. Others have mentioned to it as well.
