I have much more important things to pay attention to than what is going on in the background.
After the movie "10" came out, Bolero sold hundreds of thousands of copies. I would be willing to bet that it didn't make one bit of difference for 95% of those who bought it.
I'm partial to Billie Holiday myself, or Diana Krall's album Love Scenes. But I'm kind of weird.
And as much as this old metalhead loves Judas Priest, "Ram It Down" PROBABLY isn't appropriate... ;)

Uh, I'm going to need more than one song.
I have multiple multi-hour playlists, mostly heavy on old school hip hop, with some jazz, blues, reggae and r&b mixed in. The playlists usually start with one particular song and then I build around it. One started with Clapton's Wonderful Tonight, strangely enough.
