How do I create a gallery?

There is a short tutorial in the help bar under the section labeled pictures.

Start in the "Tools" section. There's a link to upload pictures, another to manage pictures, and another to manage galleries. Let us know if that's not enough info

For the life of me I can't figure out how to post pictures to a gallery or even make one!
