Free members viewing profiles

I believe SLS emai would be considered “private messages”.

Does this mean free members can't send or respond to SLS mail?

I thought that free members could no longer see other profiles. Why is it that we are having free members in our list of members that have viewed our profile ?
Has something changed ?
