Red light therapy

I got a red light therapy lamp and giving it a try.

I'm sure you've seen Gary brecka talk about it. Sure seems like there is something to it. Dr hubermann is very pro red light as well.

Not to be confused with what can happen in certain areas of Amsterdam, there are studies that seem to show this has a helpful effect on various things like wrinkles, repairing sun damaged skin, reduction in age spots, hair growth, and improving vision. I'm considering trying it and was wondering if anyone else might already be doing this and/or looking into it.
