We moved into the new house. In addition to an exercise room with an elliptical, functional trainer, TRX, and a standard bench, we put (outside) a swimspa--the spa is a four place hot tub and the other end is an Endless Pool--pumps generate a current that one swims against.
That Endless Pool is one hell of a workout. Zero impact, which makes it kind to aging joints, and at the same time is as aerobic as it gets. It's going to take time and effort to gain all of the strength and capacity that's possible (we are 67/70), but so far it seems worth the investment.
Anyone else use one of these endless pools regularly? We are interested in your workouts.
