2try its a tourist trap. For people that want to go on social media and say " I went to the bare pool" I am cool and saw lots of beautiful almost naked women.
a lot of people come to Vegas just for the larger then life experience and to post that on their social media. These people only stay long enough to drop some big bucks and get their pics and off to the next larger then life thing.
By closing at 5pm these people are moved to the next thing so they drop more money and more money.
The Eastside of Vegas has casinos that have things for people who want to experience everything, get involved in the experience. Great bands with everyone dancing, no nude pools but really good food as well.

Change plans. Bare is a tourist trap charging $100 for a chair to sit in and $400 for a day bed. Even worst is that it closes at 5pm.
