Series Description
The Expanding Rope Foundations: Side-Facing Suspension series is designed for those with foundational suspension knowledge ready to advance into side-facing suspensions. Over three structured classes, youll learn to safely and confidently execute suspensions using harnesses such as the Prayer Harness and Side Winder. This series focuses on refining suspension safety, body mechanics, and negotiation techniques while offering practical skills to deepen your rope practice. A partner is required for these classes, but we are happy to assist those who need support with pairing before the class begins. With guided instruction and collaborative opportunities, youll gain the confidence and ability to integrate these techniques into suspension scenes.

Class Description
In this session, youll focus on the Side Winder, a versatile tie incorporating elements of the drum harness and Gunslinger. Participants will learn to tie, execute, and integrate these harnesses into a cohesive suspension setup. The class will also cover structure, safety, and practical applications for side-facing rope scenes.
