Give Rope a Chance Intensive: Expanding Foundation to Suspension - 200

The "Expanding Rope Foundations: Side-Facing Suspension Intensive" combines all three series sessions into a single immersive day. This hands-on intensive is designed for participants with foundational suspension knowledge ready to dive deep into side-facing suspensions. Youll learn and integrate the Prayer Harness and Side Winder techniques, culminating in a full side-facing suspension by the end of the day.

With a focus on safety, structure, and practical execution, participants will refine their skills while building confidence to incorporate these techniques into dynamic rope scenes. A partner is required for this intensive, but we are happy to assist with pairing before the class begins for those who need support.
