Series Description
The Expanding Rope Foundations: Side-Facing Suspension series is designed for those with foundational suspension knowledge ready to advance into side-facing suspensions. Over three structured classes, you'll learn to safely and confidently execute suspensions using harnesses such as the Prayer Harness and Side Winder. This series focuses on refining suspension safety, body mechanics, and negotiation techniques while offering practical skills to deepen your rope practice. A partner is required for these classes, but we are happy to assist those who need support with pairing before the class begins. With guided instruction and collaborative opportunities, you'll gain the confidence and ability to integrate these techniques into suspension scenes.Class Description
This class focuses on Prayer Harness, a foundational tie for side-facing suspensions. Participants will explore its structure and practical applications and learn to tie it effectively for suspension.Instructor

Participants must have completed the Foundation to Suspension/Give Rope A Chance 100 series class or demonstrate equivalent knowledge.Class Size Limit: 12
Cost

- Class Only: $40 per person or $80 per rope pair (covers all three sessions)

Required Materials
- Seat belt cutter
- Rope:
- 2 pieces of 30 ft rope
- 2-3 pieces of 15 ft rope

- Underwear Requirement: Non-transparent, full-coverage underwear is required for all participants.
