Designed for a 45+ English-speaking crowd, your hosts are fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

- Main House on property- Private room, queen bed, private bath - $225/night ($75 event + $150 room)
- Main House on property - Private room, queen bed, shared bath - $200/night ($75 event + $125 room)
- Guest House on property - Private room, queen bed, shared bath - $175/night($75 event + $100 room)
- Shared condo (5 min away) - Private room, king bed, private bath - $225/night($75 event + $150 room)
- Playroom Stay (bed not available until 2am or when the last guest leaves) - Shared non-private room, double bed, shared bath - $150/night($75 event + $75 room)
