dear SLS May I make a suggestion: post guidelines for story submission. The basics should include 1 proofread your story 2 check spelling (use spell check and read the suggestions)
2a. Asking to check grammar may be too much to ask 3. Paraphrase. Explain that after writing a related set of thoughts, then skip a line or indent. It is very difficult to read hundReds of words that are not put in paragraph form.
It is simple from your viewpoint: send the story back and ask them to read the guidelines and comply.
