Because all my kids all have big beards. Because they didn't think I could. So I've got blonde hair. So I grew it out. And I didn't think I would like it. And then you fell in love with that beard. But I liked my beard. beard and i actually look good in a beard and so i kept my beard for almost uh nine months nine months yeah so i was like well for halloween i was gonna needed to grow my beard out or i was gonna have to shave it for our costume and so i said fuck it i'll shave it with the plan to grow back in november anyways now when you shave your beard off and you're not used to this ladies this is why this is one of those things so you ladies most ladies don't know so when you grow your beard off or out and then you shave it all of a sudden you realize how many fucking chins you have and how dorky that's how dorky you look well some of these i'm some of these people i hope to see me naked at some point in time. And that was the great part. Shaved it down to that whatever the fuck that is. My soul patch. No. Oh, no, Fu Manchu. He grew to have no Fu Manchu. And then I took a picture and then I shaved it off to it's just a mustache and i took so yeah so there you go so now i look like i'm like two and i've got a bunch of i kind of like a dick with long hair i don't know whatever so yeah there you are a dick with long hair yeah so yep so there you go want to see cole squirm and be uncomfortable boom here it is because as soon aser out, I'm like, fuck. Let's talk a little bit about, because we know you're going to parties, and if you're going to house parties, you probably know most people. But let's talk about not going to house parties. Let's talk about the hotel, the bigger parties.

some sort of bigger party, because they're going on all over the country, all over the world. Swingers everywhere, dicks, pussies, everywhere you can see. They're just everywhere, all dressed up. When you seem to the rest of the time in a relationship try it like that oh my god are you going to stop I'm fun and tits so let's talk a little bit about let's talk well which one do you want to put first I have three different topics of discussion that we feel I feel are important. All right, so let's talk a little bit about meeting people at parties. And here's what I want to talk about with this. I want to talk about, we know general rules, right? Everybody gets the general rules and talks to spouses and all that shit. That's not where a lot of people need help because we've got a lot of new swingers. Here's the difference. This season is totally different. You're looking at me in smirking, bitch. This season is totally different than any that we've ever experienced in the last 11 years in a lifestyle. Okay. Because you have a whole bunch of people that have been in the lifestyle for maybe a year year and a half maybe even two years and this could be their first or second event because of covid right so they're experienced but not really they really don't have a fucking clue so the thing is is what we want to help people is how can we help people literally when we're talking to people this is it's it's about that breaking the ice that whole nine yards not not that yes you have your rules but i want to talk about actually conversation it sounds so stupid right because we go well if you go to a Christmas party or you go to any other event, we all know how to talk to people. But for some reason, when you get in a swinger atmosphere at a sexual positive adult alternative lifestyle event, non-monogamous sort of thing. We get fucking stupid because instantly your thought process goes from just talking to fill in the blank here to fucking. I'm going to get somebody to start. No, you want to join in. Please. Please do. I'm just waiting for you to finish your thought. So the thing is, what I want to do is I want to help people. Because I think people, we go through these standard rounds of fucking questions. Like the only thing we know how to say to each other when we get in these things, the initial high, and then it's like, what are you into? How long have long have you been in the lifestyle it's like a fucking 20 questions like a set we could give people a question list to ask so the thing is is what i want to say is how do you well or you have the other extreme where people are just like they just come on like a fucking cheese ball and they're just throwing fucking horrible lines at you know, to see what sticks. Hey, you're beautiful. Did you fall from heaven? Nope, that didn't stick. Hey, you know what I mean? There's like no happy medium there. So the thing is, is let's talk about that a little bit. Why don't you go ahead and say something, anything that might be germane to the topic. Why do I have the teleprompompter that's why so that you have a heads up and go well actually it just says party meetings okay you don't have to read the teleprompter to everybody else or otherwise we'd have a camera on the teleprompter and then we just let them like do the show and we just like direct traffic this is not like a Zoom meeting where we're like, okay, you can talk now. Raise your hand. I mean, it can be if you want it to be. I think some people need to get out of the standard, how long have you been in the lifestyle? How do you know? What's a better question? Here's what people need, because I think think everybody will agree with this but then what they need is what should they say instead this is where people get confused i think is that it's it's like what would you say to somebody at your job if you meet somebody new at your job how how would you talk to them at your job? Okay, so I think there's the biggest key though is it's nothing has changed just because there's a potential for sex nothing has changed if you're somebody with some experience okay we've got some people that are relatively that they were new at uh one or two uh island writers parties ago that we're going to be at again this year. What made you feel comfortable? Like, here's my thing, especially as a couple. If you're a couple going into this, right? If you need to, there's nothing wrong with having a game plan if it makes you feel more comfortable. Michelle just put it best there. Just people, talk to them like you wouldn't meet anyone else. Exactly right. But say that you if you feel like you need if you're new it's okay to i'll call it pre-scripted plays a little bit okay right so like if you look at a football team most time the first series of plays are already designed there they know what they're going to run before they're going to come out there so maybe if you and your spouse come up with you guys think of some questions you and your significant other that you would want to ask or that you think would be I don't know. They know what they're going to run before they're going to come out there. So maybe if you and your spouse come up with, you guys think of some questions you and your significant other that you would want to ask or that you think would be helpful or would make you feel comfortable. Because remember, okay, first of all, if you're new, a really great way to get to interact is ask questions. People like to talk about themselves. I'll be in the food line at the Island Riders and I'll go, oh my you had one of these cupcakes are freaking awesome exactly yeah exactly i mean and and that's really just it i mean but if you if you need it's okay to have a plan of attack and seriously asking people questions in sales that's the way we it's always been you ask questions people will talk about themselves, and that will start a conversation. The thing is, is if you can avoid the standard lifestyle questions, you will be amazed at how far things will come along. Yeah. Okay. The other thing is easy on the drinks when you first start. Well, seriously, because the challenge is, is we start we have cocktails to to make us feel more comfortable but it's okay to have some liquid courage it is and actually there's nothing wrong with having one and watching what a great way if you're starting to hit it off with a couple to offer to go get a drink or share a drink or whatever that's awesome but seriously think about it plan out a little bit on your way to the party when you're in a hotel room getting ready or whatever. Think of some questions that you both have. And here's the thing. If you work with your significant other on this, weirdest damn thing will happen. This way, you don't take my question. It sounds stupid. But if you and I think a ton alike, don't fucking, what the fuck does that look for, nugget? We think we think a ton alike so the thing is is that if we had questions so that it's like okay well i'm gonna ask this this way it's not all sudden i'm gonna take take your questions mike comes in with uh can i see your titties not a good opener so i've been told maybe not maybe not actually it's not a bad it's not a bad one do you want to see my titties there you go that's always a good opener here's the other thing if you're somebody with that you you're a little more experienced and you see somebody stand there floundering or you somebody new is kind of like standing there and you can tell they want to say something talk to them oh my god there's nothing avoid the lifestyle how long you've been? But there's nothing wrong to say, is this your first time at this party? Especially if it's not your first time. Well, we do think alike. Yeah. Is this your first time at this party? Or the simple thing. Are you from this town? Yeah. Are you from this area? What do you think of the party? Or, you know, isn't this cool? Open-ended, you know you know generic questions and when you can help somebody get just a little more comfortable all most people need in the lifestyle is like just an opening just just a shit halloween oh my god i love your costume exactly the greatest opening line ever where did you find something like. And you say about their costume, not their significant other. Do not say that about their significant other. Where in the fuck did you find something like that? Okay. Well, you know, with some people it might apply. Well, but I mean, it's... Here's the thing. It's the greatest opening line ever. Oh god that is such a badass costume fuck there's nothing wrong with going okay i'm kind of you know what exactly you're supposed to be or or whatever i mean anything like that it gives you but because you have a mask on who are you? Exactly. i mean that kind of stuff but i'm telling you i think that people forget the art of that the problem with halloween is that it is a huge party time and people are ramped up for it and it's really easy to start getting pretty drunk pretty quick and you know people they, again, we're coming out of a weird season. You have people that haven't got to see each other for a year. So the natural urge or natural order of things is going to be to go to people that you know or that know you. New people listening, it doesn't mean you're not welcome or they're trying to be clicky. They just know them. They want to reconnect. And because you've seen somebody in a Facebook group or online somewhere, don't walk up and go, do you know who I am? Yeah. I had someone do that at a party, and I'm like. No. No fucking clue. No. And we've probably talked probably five times before, but I don't remember who you are. Help me out with a name name because i can't remember well and and use social media because social media is a great time to say to say hey aren't you on aren't you on the casbah page or aren't you on island writers aren't you on insert whatever page name look even if you don't know if they are if you if you really want to break the ice with somebody this is a salesman thing okay because in sales you have to walk up and talk to everybody like like your your friends you've got instantly develop rapport so you find things to say and do to to break that ice sometimes it's not totally uh true i mean it's you know but instead of you learn early on you don't walk them go pretty day out because that's stupid everybody there anticipating that there's nothing wrong to walk up somebody if you're part of a group you know you have no idea if they are or not part of that group to go hey I'm just curious I'm in this group do you happen to be in this group also you know what A maybe they are maybe you have seen them there and didn't know it or maybe they'll go no but i'm part of this one this one it gives you something to talk about that again is not traditional the swinger lines people don't think that's important but it's huge look if you come up and you we've been doing this 11 years If you come up and give us the standard swinger introduction, the swinger script, I'm not going to be super interested, most likely. I mean, I might be, but it's going to be almost amusing to me. If you want to get in my brain brain or get my attention just start talking to me if you can have a conversation with me oh fuck yeah you're gonna get my attention really fucking quick sometimes it could be good sometimes it could be bad i wouldn't come up and go oh my god on your page did you see so and so did this yeah yeah then that might get you ignored for the rest i'm not working either so please don't do that well well you've you've had people come straight up and go you know i think you could do this better on the page you know what i think you can go fuck off no here's the's the other thing. This goes right with it. When you initially, when you see somebody you know at a big party, it is natural to stay with, to be around people you know.

Wherever they go, you know, I'm going to go pee. I'll go pee too. It's like, really, what are you doing? It's okay. Everybody there is for the same thing. There's nothing wrong. There's nothing wrong with kind of gradually drifting over to a group and then just saying hi and introducing yourself you don't look what what tends to happen is is when people are new or when you are uncomfortable you gravitate to the people that you know and then you tend to stay there and it's like some of these things if you want to maximize your halloween hotel party event you have to go out of your comfort zone not a ton i'm not saying you have to just fucking run you know be the first one naked in the pool or anything weird but you have to you have to fucking you have to get out of your comfort zone a little bit that's why if you initially have some things you want to talk about or some ideas to get conversations going that you can use to build your own confidence, rock the fuck on, okay? But understand and read and get a feel and get a feel of the room and feel free to introduce yourself to new people. Take a chance. Here's the worst that's going to happen. Someone's going to go, uh-huh, and blow you off. That is the worst thing that's going to happen. And that's probably not going to happen that often because guess what? Like when I was in college, on our floor, we lived in the resident halls, and our floor was really, really close. We were like a frat, we rule of thumb was this we would take you partying with us take anybody who wanted to go partying with us come party with us we made the assumption not you because i was i need to know where you're at the thing is is that we made the assumption that you were cool until you proved otherwise now if we took you out partying you were a dick you were never coming with us again but we gave everybody that chance so if we would do that if we do that at a lifestyle event whether you're in whether you think you're interested in fucking this couple or not fucking this couple or hooking up with this person whatever none of that matters if you find a single or a couple sitting there that's new and make the assumption that you know what they're cool and introduce them and until they prove otherwise you're going to meet some really fucking cool people is what's going to happen and you're going to introduce some really cool people to your other friends you'll also get a better gauge on those people if someone has stood at a party for three hours it's a couple like you and i stood at a party for three hours and no one's talked to us and then somebody comes up goes hey you know it's the end of the night a little bit of liquid, and then they come up and talk to us. You know what? You're probably going to think I'm kind of a dick because by that point in time, I'm probably going to be like, oh, hey, yeah, great, whatever, because no one talked to us for three hours, so I'm going to be like, suck a dick. My personality isn't going to be that. Mike, has that actually happened to us? We sat it apart at the very beginning, just you and I. Yeah, but I mean, mostly not. But the thing is, we have witnessed it happening at other places where finally I was like, I look over and realize and like, okay. So I went over to talk to them and they were pissed. I don't hold them against it at that point in time.
