So you host it for them and they get to have the fun. All right. So find out that perfect place. Now, is there truly a perfect place? No, you got some really great places that you can have some swinging fun and a swinger event. So while many opt for the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, like I said, the choice ultimately rests on your personal preferences. Like I said, some people don't mind having people at their home. Some people do, so they're not going to talk about that house.
Like I said, VFW halls are really good, things like that. Let's see. Ultimately, you may consider other options, such as a hotel. Oh, I forgot about those. There's hotel places where they have hotel bars. Talk to a hotel. If you're really good, as you get better and better at your hosting abilities, you can actually do a hotel takeover where fucking all of you take. The whole damn swinger event is a whole weekend takeover. So you can do. Oh, damn.
They just threw that must uh hopefully he didn't get a concussion but anyways uh so you want to know check in those hotel bars uh even a bar a regular bar i know mich and uh back home and back in michigan wild walkers is just a regular bar and monday through thursdays or sunday through thursdays a regular bar then friday saturday turns into a swinger friendly bar so you can do that uh now a dedicated swinger bar club i don't know uh if you're having a meet and greet okay yeah you can have it there but is there going to be the uncomfortable talk and what happens if you're not near a swinger club you know like you're out in the middle of the appalachians or some shit like that west virginia or anything like that and north southern ohio you know those areas where there's really not much of anything so you're gonna have to find a place now a swinger club and do you want that pressure of people okay do you want it to be non-pressure where there's no pressure at all a house a hotel bar stuff like that if they decide they want to fuck they can go to the get a hotel room and all that so that's going to be one of the tough things I would not host I would do a hotel bar I think a hotel bar would be great as you expand you can take over the whole hotel and all that hotels are very fucking very swinger friendly they just want to make money because a lot of times you know the hotels are not full especially nowadays you know a lot of these hotels are not full especially after covid and all that so they'll be very uh appreciative of your business and they'll be very welcoming of you a swinger club like i said if you're far away from a swing club it's not going to be i want to do it but if you want to do it in a swing club you can but there's going to be that uh well now we got to go in the back or something like that so you might have that thing where you didn't have that urgency to go out fuck so ensure a thorough ensure to thoroughly evaluate the following criteria factors when finalizing your venue here's one now this is one i i talk about when i worked in uh club cave parking access to availability and adequacy of parking spaces to accommodate the anticipated number of guests an ample parking area will guarantee convenience and the ease of access for all participants i worked at club cave in here in houston and it had a small ass parking lot i mean if you didn't get there by 10 there was no parking spot so you had to park down the road at the burger king parking lot even in the gas station parking lot and it was bad i mean it's not a good neighborhood and unlike i don't know no i don't know about you but i like having my stuff not stolen and shit would get stolen at these places we would have to patrol the parking lots to stop people from stealing from these fucking people when they're out in the club because there was no parking it was horrible parking i don't know why they picked a spot they didn't they didn't have a seat didn't listen to me but i didn't have the podcast when i was doing it so make sure you have enough parking hotels have a lot of parking parking plenty of parking especially the ones with the hotel a bar have plenty of parking uh and all that so parking make sure uh vfw halls they usually have a lot of parking and all that so you're pretty good the layout number two is the layout carefully examine the layout of the venue you have in Seek a space that allows for fluid movement that facilitates mingling between guests.
Yes, you want the guests to mingle. You want them to talk. I don't know how many times I go to a club and there's no one talking to each other. It's just a bunch of people staring and looking at each other, checking out each other, but they're not talking to each other.
Even when there's people fucking the back or and they talk to each other say hello they don't really talk to each other they just walk right by and willy-nilly nothing and then i just don't i don't understand the people so make sure you have an open floor plan where people can talk and mingle and that's what you want to do as the host and hostess you want to make sure people are talking because if people are talking guess what they're going to do later they're going to start fucking make sure that the chairs are very comfortable have comfortable seat chairs and all that comfortable seating areas that are dedicated to socializing don't put the chairs far away from each other put them close to each other where they have to like talk to each other excuse me you know what excuse me can i sit here or is anyone sitting there can open up the doors to a conversation like i said it can have uh very good like the oh the layout is very good uh the layouts in the clubs in houston they're all right they're not that great but they're all right uh like i said the one club that the clubs the best clubs i have been to have been where they made they made games out of it where they would do socialization games where you can win prizes and all that stuff and those are the clubs that have really really been the best for me personally because i you know what like an introvert i'm shy about it because i you know and i don't know how to talk to you know how do you talk to a guy about fucking his wife and all that because that's what i'm there for i'm interested in fucking his wife or it's fucking his girl and you know how do you bring that up and stuff like that but you know that's just me the venue capacity oh very important like i said if you're at a house you can't have a whole lot of people because you know one you're going to piss off the neighbors and the neighbor's going to start asking questions and their hoas and all that especially here you know you have a lot of hoas and stuff like that uh might get involved investigate the maximum capacity of the venue if you got a club or hotel bar that only holds 200 make sure you only invite the 200 you know because you don't want to be over have the fire department come and say hey i have to shut you down you know that it looks bad for you all right it looks very bad for you ensure that it can comfortably accommodate the expected number of attendees now you don't want a small place and invite a lot of people because you're going to have that people are going to be elbow to elbow which could be good in a swinger event but you know if you want to be they be comfortable you're going to have to give some space.

You get the fire department, you get the police, you get all the politicians and all that. Get involved and start fucking with your business. Now, remember, you're putting, I'm putting money into it.
We're putting money into this because we got to pay the rent we got to pay the lights we got to pay everything i'm talking about a club club so i want to do it in the commercial district you know where you know there's a lot of like if you live in a big city you're going to have a lot of those areas where you can a place where there is some warehouses and you're and if you know anything about the economy or anywhere about the inner cities, a lot of these places have abandoned warehouses and abandoned buildings where they're looking for anything, where you could rent out a place for $2,000 a month and stuff like that.
So I would find a place like that where anybody's there, it going to be monday through friday you know nine to five at night no one's going to be there it's going to be like tumbleweeds on a western movie going across the street so there's no chance of any mom and pops getting pissed off because people are having a great time fucking and sucking at my place so that's what what I would do. I would make it nice and big, though.
I would want a square footage where it's a lot spaced out, open floor plan. Like I said, no walls or anything where you can't see everybody. I'm not doing VIP. I don't understand clubs. They have a VIP area where the VIPs go.
I think that says a lot of about the people and i don't really like that because you know what makes you better than me because you sit you pay extra for a vip area i don't do any vip so there ain't gonna be no vip you're gonna have a nice dance floor now nice big dance floor tables all around the dance floor you know nice bar i would have the bar i would have bartenders it will be byob because you can't get a liquor license and i in some a lot of states and have sex involved around it so byob i would have it where you bring in your alcohol you give it to our bartenders the bartenders put your membership number everyone has to have a membership they put your membership number on it and you just get your drinks there or you can now i would actually do it there because this is the problem i have you gotta people will bring in coolers and chests and shit like that these fucking coolers take up room i don't want coolers taking up the room i want people to take up the room so i'm doing that i'm going to bring in spend money to make money i'm going to send in people have bartenders three four of them and they can serve your drinks for you you know like at dj's island in beaver falls uh pennsylvania you have your beer you have your alcohol you give it to them they put your your membership number on there and bada boom badaing they serve it for you great so they can do that like I said no VIP everyone's doing their thing and everyone's having a great time dance floor music high but not high I want to be able to sit next to you and be able to have a conversation where I don't have to scream and lose my voice and all that a lot of the clubs nowadays they have it fucking loud they're having these DJs these techno DJs and I think it's because you know the young cats the young people they love that techno music they rave music but at the swinger lifestyle remember you're catering to people from their 20s to their 60s so you got to have the mixture you know we're not going to play rap all the time we're not going to play country we're not going to play rock we're not going to play pop or whatever we're going to have a nice fucking mix we're going to have rap you're going to have everything there's going to be a uh everything uh playlist and i always wanted to get together a playlist every these songs i always hear songs whenever i go to a swing club you always hear these songs there you know and all that so you know we're going to have a nice little playlist of swinging songs that we're going to have and all that so you know we're gonna have a nice little playlist uh swinging songs that we're gonna have and all that so with that uh you know i wonder else what i would do so in the back so in the back of the playroom would be the playrooms i'm gonna have a nice like i said this is why i'm gonna need a big place because I want to have a lot of rooms.

I haven't really thought about it that much because I don't really want to spend that much money as a single guy, guy i don't know and being in houston there's just a lot of clubs and i just think the market's saturated with them here um but yeah people working make sure you pay those people really well because they do a lot of work make sure you have a lot of security in the parking lot uh inside you know make sure who i who would i let in that's another good one who are you going to let into your club are you going to have couples only and unlike a lot of people i like to follow the law and the law says discrimination you cannot discriminate so i would have couples and singles all all the time when it's open now this is the one thing when it comes to single guys i'm going to charge an arm and a leg because a lot of single guys are kind of you know they do become dickheads when alcohol is evolved and women are around half naked women are around so they do become those type of guys where you don't really want them around so i do uh i'll charge 200 bucks a night maybe even 250 on a saturday uh anything type of special event or anything like that i would charge them couples actually i'm going to charge couples 40 to 50 i'm going to have a price uh tier where you would have if you get there by 10 it's 40 bucks uh by 11 it's 60 and anything after 11 it's 80 bucks to get in i would do it a tear so i would want to promote 40 bucks to get in before if you get there before 10 o'clock and you get 40 bucks if you open at 8 or 7 uh depending on what time i want to open that's pretty good deal 40 bucks trying to find a club that you can't get in 40 bucks the night game on the first friday of the month they have that where it's 40 bucks a couple and that's the fucking busiest night because it's 40 bucks and people don't want to spend a lot of money We'll be right back.
