Are You Ready for Your First Lifestyle Meet-and-Greet?
A meet-and-greet ("M&G") is a no-play, low-pressure social event where 4-15 lifestyle couples meet in a public venue (restaurant, lounge, brewery). For most couples, an M&G is the actual entry point to the lifestyle — not a club night, not a resort. This quiz checks whether you're ready for one.

Your result
- 12-15 — You're ready. Show up, be a good guest, talk to people, and follow up with the couples you connected with within 48 hours. M&Gs are how lifestyle friendships start.
- 8-11 — A few small adjustments. Treat the M&G as a friend-finding exercise, not a play-finding exercise. The play stuff happens later, with couples you've met at one or more M&Gs.
- 4-7 — M&G is still the right next step. Even if you're not sure about the format, an M&G is a much softer entry than a club night. Show up, observe, leave when you said you would.
- 0-3 — Read the guide first. M&Gs have implicit norms (no-play, no-press, follow up later) that aren't obvious from the marketing. Read the etiquette guide before you go.
