What STIs should I be tested for as a swinger?
A complete panel for a sexually active lifestyle participant covers HIV, syphilis, chlamydia (urine plus throat and rectal swabs if applicable), gonorrhea (same — throat and rectal swabs are essential and routinely missed at minimum-panel clinics), hepatitis B and C, HPV, and herpes serology if you have never been tested. Most asymptomatic STIs are caught only by testing — "I feel fine" is not data — and chlamydia and gonorrhea in the throat are common and routinely undiagnosed without a swab.
