What should I pack for a lifestyle cruise?

Themed-night outfits are the biggest packing surprise — most cruises run a different theme each night (white party, lingerie, fetish, masquerade, formal, sneaker ball) and showing up out-of-theme is socially awkward. Plan one outfit per themed night, plus daytime resort wear, swimwear (clothing-optional zones), comfortable shoes, condoms, lube, your own toiletries, and a small first-aid kit. Most cruise lines publish the theme schedule months in advance; build the packing list from the schedule, not generic advice.
