Poker party

We have a fantasy of hosting, or attending a poker party. 6 to 10 guys, 1 or 2 girls, or none. My wife wants to be able to be passed around during the game. Does anyone have a good idea of how to make this happen?

We would definitely be interested in a cruise like that! Also, you could promote it to single man as we enjoy their company too!
