Chili Verde and Dry Soup (a rice side dish) from the freezer..........there is no way we are turning on the stove tonight. It is 100 outside, and 80 degrees in the coolest part of the house, so we might as well eat spicy food to help feel…

Jan, Make sure that once they are roasted that you put them in a large bowl, and cover with plastic wrap so they steam (leave in the bowl covered until they are cool enough to touch)........it makes the skins just fall off. Mrs. ek
